The Wisconsin man who allegedly killed three people in a salon and then himself over the weekend had a history of domestic violence. (Wisconsin State Journal)

About 14,000 people in the U.S. know they're infected with meningitis and are waiting to see if they'll get sick.  In the latest national outbreak, 282 people have gotten sick and 23 have died. (NYT)

Two members of Russian punk band Pussy Riot are on their way to prison camps after singing an anti-Kremlin song in a cathedral back in February. (BBC)
