When assembling this week's five Need to Know items for our news digest (p. 16), I wrote that the Central Valley Bears lost their game after Austin Rehkow's howitzer of a 67-yard field goal kick. I erred. The Bears actually won the game. A mistake like this is probably why my co-workers at a former newspaper dubbed me "The Great Indoorsman."
Thus, my apologies to Rehkow and da Bears.
