To the City of Spokane for your lame attempt to improve cycling safety in our city. Seriously? $600,000 for stencling pictures of bicycles on the streets?  You are not even making any new bike lanes, which is what the Federal Gov't allocated the money for. Oh, I get it, city planners need to put $599k in their pockets! $1000 for paint. I will personally paint those bicycle 'sharrows' on my hands & knees for $1,000!  I suspect fraud, but that's not surprising. Everybody else is ripping off our government
