Keeping Spokane Clean

Cheers to the black SUV that stopped with his/her hazards on in the right lane on the north end on Monroe to pick up a giant bag of garbage that someone had left in the middle of the road. I was in the bus behind you & I thought it was awesome. Putting someone else's stinky trash in your nice car. Thanks
