Inaction

A majority of us don't contribute to the devastation of our roadways,
caused by using studded tires, yet we sit around saying and doing nothing
to get our legislators to charge those who do the damage for the damage.
Because of our inaction, those of us who don't do the the damage, deserve
to pay for our roadways over and over and over. Lets get off our asses and
do something!
