When the sun peaks out of the clouds, eateries and drinkeries with patios in the Inland Northwest pull out the shade umbrellas, unfurl the awnings and prepare for the crowds of vitamin D-deficient customers who want to get a bite to eat and something cold to drink. The Spokane-Coeur d’Alene businesses listed below received the most votes in our readers' poll for the Inlander’s annual Best of the Inland Northwest issue.
