Iran says nuclear deal is off

This weekend, in response to the killing of its top general by the United States, Iran announced it won't abide by a 2015 nuclear agreement anymore, the New York Times reports.

Questions raised about Iranian-American border detentions in Washington
While Customs and Border Protection said it was not by policy detaining Iranian-Americans as they entered Washington from Canada at the Blaine crossing this weekend, the Washington chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations said as many as 60 were detained over the weekend, KXLY reports.

Spokane could write off old utility fees
The city could write off about $450,000 in unpaid utilities and late fees from 1999 to 2013 as it plans to upgrade its payment system, the Spokesman reports.
