Yesterday, theWashington Post broke the news that President Donald Trump revealed highly classified information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador during an Oval Office meeting last week  — a story confirmed by several other media outlets. After the story broke, Trump's administration called the story "false," but this morning, Trump's tweets confirmed that he shared information with the Russians; he claimed it was something that "I have the absolute right to do."

A new role for Ormsby
Mike Ormsby, former U.S. Attorney, will be the new Spokane city attorney after City Council voted 4-3 to confirm his appointment. A few councilmembers, however, expressed concerns about how he handled previous discrimination claims. (Spokesman-Review)

Boy killed in Idaho crash
A young boy died in a crash north of Spirit Lake last night after the car's 55-year-old driver lost control and hit some mailboxes, according to Idaho State Police. Another boy in the car survived. (KHQ)

Former Gonzaga star and current Boston Celtics role player Kelly Olynyk has had a rough couple of weeks. With his team in the spotlight, he's been mocked for his man bun, and the Washington Wizards' own Kelly (Oubre) knocked him over because he thought Olynyk was playing dirty. Last night, Olynyk redeemed himself in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals, scoring 14 of his playoff career-high 26 points in the fourth quarter.
