Young confessed to his involvement in the murder in 1994 although he tries to minimize his involvement. He admitted to making part of the bomb and that's more than enough to convict him of murder as an accomplice, whether or not someone else actually completed the bomb or someone else mailed it. So what if his DNA isn't on the bomb's fingerprint? That doesn't disprove his culpability because he claimed he was involved with others.
