Quilt artist Catherine Little honed her skills while making memory quilts for children who lost their parents at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon during 9/11. Initially trained as a painter, Little creates art quilts of landscapes, birds, flowers, fish, wildlife animals, and even dragons. A selection of her work is on special display at Wenaha Gallery, in Dayton’s historic downtown district. Open daily, 9 am-6 pm, through May 19.
