Call for Artists: Moscow Traffic Box Designs

The City of Moscow and Moscow Arts Commission are seeking artists to design vinyl wrap designs for city traffic boxes. Open to residents ages 18+ who live in Latah, Nez Perce, Asotin or Whitman counties, as well as CdA and Nez Perce Tribal members. Deadline May 19.
