Boy Scouts Troop 400 is recycling natural Christmas trees in two locations of Spokane Valley: Central Valley and University High Schools. All proceeds support scout troop activities, service projects, supplies and more. Home pick-up available. Dec. 29-30 and Jan. 5-6, from 9 am-3 pm.
