Letting voters decide
Last night, Spokane City Council voted to put an advisory measure on the ballot asking voters a simple question: Where do you want to build a new stadium to replace Joe Albi? But the council wasn't happy that the burden to put out this advisory vote fell on them. (Spokesman-Review)

Student back in cuffs
