Puget Sound's orcas are starving because of a lack of Chinook salmon. Four dams in Eastern Washington impede Chinook salmon returning to thousands of miles of river habitat. This film tells the story of starving Southern Resident Killer Whales and why the four lower Snake River dams must be removed if they are to survive. Filmmaker and EWU graduate Michael Peterson and writer Steve Hawley answer audience questions after the screening. Sponsored by Save Our Wild Salmon, Sierra Club and Earth Justice.
