East Central Library Bond Project Open House

In November 2018, Spokane voters approved a bond to remodel 4 build 3 new libraries. Get a first look at design plans for new libraries in the East Central Neighborhood. This includes a new joint-use facility with Spokane Public Schools on East Sprague and a new library at Liberty Park.
