EWU Visiting Writer Series: Alexis Smith

Portland writer Alexis Smith kicks off the 2016-17 EWU Visiting Writer series. Smith's second novel, Marrow Island, is set in the San Juan Islands, 20 years after an earthquake causes journalist Lucie Bowen and her mother to flee. Series co-presented by EWU's MFA program in Creative Writing and Get Lit.
