Fabriasics is a new and creative textile art form. Small pieces of fabric are cut together with a small knife, into the foam-core insulation board to form a fabric mosaic. These works have a painterly quality of impressionism or stained glass combined with the softness of complex quilting. No sewing or gluing is involved with this process. Supplies are provided, but participants may bring small scraps of their favorite fabrics, no smaller than 1-inch square and not thick like denim, fleece or corduroy. Call to reserve a seat.
