Jamie Aquino's class takes place in two locations. First, at the Kendall Yards' Night Market where we'll choose locally grown and made veggies, fruits, cheeses & bread. In the Kitchen Engine classroom attendees will prepare three simple dishes using everything from the market along with a few pantry ingredients.
