With wood-accented walls contrasted by bright and colorful metal chairs, Fleur de Sel is casual and quick, while maintaining good quality. The creperie is a new endeavor for chef Laurent Zirotti, who owns the popular Fleur de Sel restaurant in Post Falls. His favorite crepe on the menu is the is the savory bison meatloaf and horseradish ($7.50) filled with juicy North Dakota bison, horseradish cream, kale mix and fontina cheese.
