German-American Society of Spokane Christmas Dinner

The German American Society hosts its special Christmas dinner of "gesiedetes hühnchen," simmered chicken in a rich cream sauce, prepared by chefs Donna and Harold Kellams. A special recipe for traditional German warm spiced wine, from Eberhardt Schmidt, is also served. Reservations are limited, call 509-954-6964.
