Gonzaga Symphony Orchestra

The Gonzaga Symphony Orchestra presents its season finale. Conducted by Kevin Hekmatpanah, the performance features winners of the Young Artists’ Concerto/Aria Competition; soprano Rachael Gowen and mezzo-soprano Katrina Baber performing Chausson’s La Nuit as well as violinist Rylan Virnig performing Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 3. The program also includes Beethoven’s celebratory Overture to the Consecration of the House, Rimsky-Korsakov’s virtuosic Russian Easter Overture and Respighi’s powerful Pines of Rome.
