Local breweries celebrate gruit, a historical botanical "pre-hops era" style of beer, which utilizes herbs and spices for flavor in lieu of hops. Seven local breweries and one meadery showcase their gruit ales during this annual event. Entry includes five drink tickets and a commemorative glass ($2/extra tokens).
