Guest Chef Dinner feat. Shota Nakajima

In 2015, Chef Nakajima opened a Kaiseki restaurant called Naka, which after a year-and-a-half transformed it to a casual bite restaurant called Adana which he serves a monthly, rotating 3-course menu. His guest dinner at IPK features seven course plus snacks ($120), with options for alcoholic ($45) or juice pairings ($30)
