The Dam Bar and Grill, situated on the riverfront side of the Red Lion Hotel at the Park, was created with hopes of being inviting to everyone from convention goers to traveling families and locals alike. Serving a variety of dishes across a range of prices, it's possible to order anything from a burger to pan-seared king salmon and flat iron steak. Chef Scott Rutter was also featured on Top Chef before making his way to Spokane. (March 2015)
