Indicana is the brainchild of Noreen Hiskey, who last ran the local pop-up food vendor Inland Curry, and Chip Overstreet, Spiceology's former CEO. The fusion restaurant combines the flavors of Mexico and India in creative ways like with masala tacos for lunch or have a more upscale experience with their dinner menu, like the banana leaf wrapped salmon.
Indicana's menu is also inclusive of various diets, offering gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options like the sweet potato enchiladas topped with a vegan butter masala.
