Chocolate is an integral part of Indigenous culture in Mexico. This class on making handmade chocolates is led by Indigenous artisans from Oaxaca, Mexico. Using cacao beans from Mexico, learn the fundamentals of chocolate making in a beginner-friendly, livestreamed class. Register by 5 pm on Jan. 28 to receive a chocolate kit featuring instructions for each step of the process, and all ingredients including cacao beans, cinnamon, sugar and detailed recipe for two. This event is a collaboration with Instituto De Intercambios Culturales Y Educativos De México (IICEM) & EWU's Chicana/o/x Studies Program.
