Kay O'Rourke: The Yin and Yang

The Spokane artist is a storyteller of paint and canvas. Her work not only tells beautifully visual stories, but also engages in social commentary. Split into strange and seemingly traumatic new worlds, the artist uses her paint and canvas as a means to put her “two sides” together, in telling stories to reveal and to balance.
