Spurred by the lack of ramen options in this area, Nick Weng and Terry Pan opened King of Ramen in 2016, thinking a hot bowl of ramen would be just the thing to help take the edge off a frigid Spokane night. Their menu features Hakata-style ramen, Teriyaki rice, and side dishes like edamame, spring rolls and cabbage salad.
