A habitat improvement project on the Lind Coulee's smallest sagelands preserve. Noted as a quality sagebrush community remnant, the Lind preserve is situated in a highly fragmented landscape and is slowly recovering from the impacts of multiple wildfires. This project targets the removal of fence line affected during the fires, which poses a major hazard to the movement of animals across the property. Efforts are instrumental in helping to sustain the function of Lind preserve as a corridor and residence to area wildlife. RSVP for exact location to wavolunteer@tnc.org. April 2-3, 10:30 am-4 pm.
