Medical Lake Founder's Day Trailblazer Triathlon

When: Sat., June 18, 1-4 p.m. 2016

A race ideal for first timers as well as seasoned veterans of the sport. The sprint-distance tri consists of a 350 meter swim, followed by a 12.2 mile bike ride on paved roads then a 2.92 mile run around Medical Lake. Open to individuals and teams of three.
