Murder Victim's Families for Reconciliation

Speaker Pat McCoy serves on the Board of Murder Victims' Families for Reconciliation (MVFR), a national organization composed of members who have lost loved ones to violence. Pat's sister, Kathy, was murdered in Spokane in 1974. Pat will be sharing his story and perspective on ending the death penalty.
