National Tartan Day Celebration

Featuring guest speaker Dr. Jack Downs, WSU Professor of English Lit. & Culture on The Scottish Arbroath (Scottish Independent document), along with demos by Spokane School of Highland Dance and Scottish Country Dancers, Spokane Weavers Guild on the making of tartans, Historical presentations on tartans, clan genealogy, Spokane Highland Games & Weaponry. Refreshments provided. Hosted by St. Andrews Society of the Inland Northwest.
