Navajo Rug Weaving – Children’s Storytime

Join us for this Navajo rug weaving demonstration, along with the Navajo creation story of Spider Woman. Children learn about the story behind the tools and designs that are used to make a Navajo rug. Rugs are made on a cardboard loom for kids to take home. This program is one of our events celebrating Native American Heritage Month.
