Re: “Swapping Stories

If the Ryan´s employer were say, religiously affiliated and therefore their actions might be deemed immoral by said employer, and their employment contract included the signing of a moral code of conduct, then I could understand their termination.
But they didn´t. So, if there is no further action here, and their termination stands without litigation, then perhaps the personal lives of all employees, board members, etc., who represent Civic, should be scrutinized as well? Further, given the bizarre and deliberate circumstances of how this was exposed, perhaps anyone who has knowledge or evidence that anyone employed by or regularly attatched to Civic Theatre may have engaged in actions that "fail to uphold high moral standards and damage the Civic’s reputation" should be encouraged to come forward?
Honestly, I don´t care either way. But if that´s the case, then have at it.
