One Dinner

This series benefits the Inland Northwest Food Network, and is part of a series of dinners showcasing organic, local, seasonal foods prepared by some of our region's most acclaimed chefs. James Beard Award nominee (2017) Chef Laurent Zirotti of Fleur de Sel prepares a feast featuring eggs from local farms of all types in each dish of the multi-course dinner. The meal is paired with regional wine from Dusted Valley and craft brew from Selkirk Abbey.
