Palouse Plein Air is an annual painting competition that takes place every September, with events including painting workshops and a juried exhibition at Moscow’s Prichard Art Gallery. Painting is Sept. 12-17, with painting drop off Sept. 17, and an exhibition from Sept. 18-Oct. 3. See link for details and registration.
