Patricia Bennett: Home Decor Quilting

Patricia Bennett learned how to sew on a treadle machine in junior high home economics, 58 years ago. Later, as a poor college student unable to afford store bought clothes, she rented a machine and started with simple patterns. Now, she creates perfectly pieced and stitched quilted items for wall and home décor: from wall hangings to tote bags, from table runners and place mat settings for six to potholders. Through Dec. 29; Mon-Sat 9 am-6 pm.
