Practical Centering: Yoga

Through these twice monthly recorded Zoom virtual exercise classes accompanied by live music, participants learn to experience the benefits of yoga to enhancing mental and physical health. Led by Polestar-Certified Pilates instructor Larkin Barnett, this well-rounded fitness regimen establishes a supple yoga body and improves balance and flexibility. Please have an exercise mat available for use during your workout. You will have four days to watch each session at your leisure and as many times as you would like. First and third Saturdays of the month from 9-10 am.
