Re: “The Messenger

If you actually read the Southern Poverty Law Center's "report" you'll find the disclaimer that the survey it is based upon is "not scientific" (their wording) because the respondents were not chosen at random.

Furthermore, "Teaching Tolerance," the wing of the SPLC that created the survey, states clearly in the "report" that it reaches "more than 400,000 teachers a month," and yet the entire report was built on results from only 2,000 anonymous responses.

Either 398,000 teachers ignored the email survey or the SPLC cherry-picked 2,000 reliable people who would give the "right" answers.

The whole point of the SPLC promoting a "survey" that even they admit is flawed is that it allows them to agitate their mostly elderly, mostly Progressive donor base while skirting the strict IRS rules that prohibit 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations from endorsing or denouncing candidates running for office.

Once again, another SPLC "report" turns out to be a marketing ploy.
