Robert Grimes & Michael Horswill

The gallery features new works by the two local artists, with an opening reception Aug. 8 from 5-8 pm and an artist talk/demo Aug. 9 at noon. Show runs Aug. 8-Sept. 6. Gallery open daily from 11 am-6 pm. Horswill and Grimes create works of art that are arresting and unexpected, blending various media like painting and sculpting. While Horswill’s work is more abstract and nonobjective with references to the natural world, Grimes’ work is more figurative and surrealistic, narrating and depicting landscapes of the imagination.
