Saturday Schmatterday Halloween Celebration

A block party and safe space for people to enjoy Halloween weekend in downtown Spokane. Bring a friend and dress in costume for this ghoulish event, offering live art by Daniel Lopez, live music by the PJamrs Marching Band and Jerome Greene's Drum With Friends.
