Science for Kids in Spanish: Light Workshop

Explore light like a scientist—a scientist who speaks Spanish! During this online Zoom meeting, a librarian guides you through science experiments. The librarian uses “Leap into Science” course materials from the Franklin Institute. The course materials are entirely in Spanish. Kids will expand their Spanish vocabulary by practicing scientific terms that aren’t used in everyday conversation. At least one person in your family needs to be familiar with spoken Spanish to be able to follow along with the program. Registration is required, and you’ll need to provide email to receive login information and reserve supplies.
