Re: “Blood Sport

It´s interesting how you´ll easily condemn something that feels pure to all the people involved, especially when you know so very little on the facts. FACT: S.A.W Wrestlers are required to undertake a physical as well as being screened for diseases before actively competing. FACT: People have been turned away FROM THE RING for having diseases and given opportunities to work in other aspects of our company. FACT: Not all of us have the money to go an be "entertained" by other means. The things you´ve said are atrocious themself. GOD would not judge so fiercely, so how can you do so yourself? For all of those who have left little tid-bits of hate mail on S.A.W don´t worry, we forgive you.

Re: “Blood Sport

As a member of the S.A.W (Spokane Anarchy Wrestling) roster I am surprised and pleased with the artical written about our organization. I am the one reffered to in this artical as the "skinny announcer",

(The fights begin out in the main yard as the day’s announcer — a skinny guy who asked someone to hold his glasses — gets in on the action. He brings his opponent to the ground, snatching a hockey stick wrapped in barbed wire from a pile of weapons and thwacking him on the back. The crowd yells. The announcer cheers for himself and raises his shirt to show his nipple to everyone. The crowd laughs. )

and I can say that experience was truly one I shall cherish for years to come. It´s truly unfortunate how Brian "Madd Maxe" Hood acted during that show, and it´s unfortunate he was given such a good spot in the show with his obvious lack of skills. On behalf of those who were as infuriated by his stupidity, arrogance, and down-right lack of sportsmanship as I was, I would like to offer an appology. We at S.A.W consider ourselves a family, and no less. However, every family does have that one obnoxious member. Thank you for the amazing artical Leah, I hope we see a follow-up story soon.
