Re: “Cop Culture

In response to this comment in your post:

"Remember how the Spokesman Review had to sue the SPD in the 1980s for information on the March 19, 1986 stag party and strip show, complete with women popping up out of cakes at the Guild's old northside clubhouse, a case resulting in a unanimous 1989 decision by the Washington State Supreme Court in favor of the public’s right to know and against the Spokane Police Guild’s attempt to keep the information secret, a decision widely cited and considered a primary source of case law on the matter of public access and records disclosure?"

Ironic that it was Spokane Cops trying to get around disclosure of public records. Did the Spokesman Review ever publish the names of the Officers present at the drunken stripper party?

Re: “Fall Out Boys

"The same year, retired Spokane Police Officer Brian Breen lodged another complaint against Straub, also alleging that he lied to city council by exaggerating the number of domestic violence cases fielded by Spokane police."

What was the outcome of that complaint Mr. Breen?
