Snarky Puppy

Fueled by intriguing yet smooth rhythms, laid-back sounds and intricate, melodic riffs, the 13-piece instrumental group Snarky Puppy has been revolutionizing jazz and R&B music since 2004. After winning a Grammy in 2014 for Best R&B Performance, the innovative band out of Denton, Texas, was also voted Best New Artist in Jazztime magazine’s annual readers poll. Though still considered “underground” music, the group has all but outgrown that label, establishing themselves as one of the most respected instrumental groups in the world.
