SpIFF's Opening Gala and Screening

SpIFF 2017 kick-off with an opening night celebration and special screening of the 1999 film "The Basket", which was filmed right here in the Inland Northwest. Director Rich Cowan presents the film and discusses how its conception paved the way for future film work in Spokane.
