Spokane Arts Awards

Just in time to kick off the beginning of another jam-packed season of wonderful artistic activities in and around the Spokane area this fall is the 2018 Spokane Arts Awards. The annual event celebrates our region’s ever-blossoming creative community with plenty of tasty food and drink, along with music by DJ Twin Towers and local group BaLonely. Renowned local artists, including Melissa Cole, Louise Kodis, Ken Spiering and many others, display their work in a pop-up gallery, while live performances from Spokane Poet Laureate Mark Anderson and local group Power 2 the Poetry entertain guests. The evening’s program includes the presentation of the 2018 Spokane Arts Awards, honoring outstanding members and supporters of our arts community in the categories of leadership, collaboration, inclusion and imagination.
