    Free AARP Tax Aide

    Federal income taxes can be confusing. At the Spokane Valley Library, help will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To help with your appointment, bring your 2018 tax documents, valid photo ID, and Social Security cards for yourself and all household members. If you know which tax forms you’ll need, you can download and print them from irs.gov. Tax Aide is available Jan. 28-April 15 on Mon from 4-7 pm (except Feb. 18), Fri from 1-4 pm and Sat from 10 am-1 pm. 509-893-400

    Celebrate Women's History Month with an exhibit combining portrait photography and personal stories to illustrate the quiet diversity of women from nine countries who speak 14 languages, have 11 religious affiliations and work in 20 different professions, all living in Spokane. This exhibit is a collaboration between portrait photographer Rick Singer, community organizer and graphic artist Hilary Hart, and the women who are portrayed.
