Re: “'Flip of a Coin'

This story is unbelievable!! He calls himself a drug recognition "expert." How is he still employed after having made so many mistakes?? I can't imagine having my blood taken without my consent!! So terrible!! Although Mr. Conger consented to the blood draw, Deputy Miller draws many people's blood pursuant to a warrant-without their consent. How invasive!! I certainly would not want a heart surgeon performing surgery when his odds of success are so awful. The most concerning issue is that Deputy Miller does not have a dash camera like many the of the officers in Spokane. Looking at how many times he has been wrong, it is most shocking that the County has not required him to have a camera! Certainly a camera would assist in determining whether these outrageous blood draws are appropriate in the first place and either verify or rule out any wrongdoings be Deputy Miller.
