Staying Home: Interior Views from the Collection of the Jundt Art Museum
When: Mondays-Saturdays, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Continues through Dec. 31 2021
Artists have long been exploring their own homes and studios in their work, capturing personal spaces and inviting the viewer inside. Notable examples of these intimate interior views include van Gogh’s "The Bedroom" and Wassily Kandinsky’s M"y Dining Room," but many artists have also welcomed viewers into their rooms. This fall exhibit showcases over 20 prints, photographs, and paintings from the Jundt's permanent collection that focus on domestic space as artistic subject. Through Dec. 31; open Mon-Sat 10 am-4 pm.
